I studied Human Computer Interaction while competing as a D1 athlete, an experience that shaped my discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

Usability Testing

Driving Clarity in Communication

I lead a usability study of TE Lite, an internal email tool, surfacing key workflow friction and error risks. My insights shaped the design, influences roadmap direction, and set a new standard for rapid research at scale.

User Interviews

Redefining Agentic AI

I co-led a discovery initiative to inform the launch of JPMC’s enterprise-wide Agentic AI assistant, Moveworks. We explored expectations, ideal use cases, and concerns around GenAI integration in everyday work.

My Approach

Everyone has a story

Listening is how we grow and learn as people. The more perspectives we can learn to see, the greater our understanding becomes. My job is to ask the right questions and stay open to unexpected answers.

Connect the dots others miss

Whether it's a repeated painpoint across roles or tension between stated and actual behavior, I love finding patterns in messy spaces and turning them into direction

Keep it scrappy (when needed)

I believe great research doesn't always need a 6-week timeline. I know when to go deep and when to move fast–prioritizing momentum while protecting rigor.
